Dimon's policies allowed Chase Auto National Recovery Group (Collections) in Phoenix, Arizona led by Manager Matthew DeFrance who stole all of my 83 yr old sick elderly mother's savings out of her Chase Account to pay a debt owed by her son over a repossesed auto in which she had no interest whatsoever in her son's transaction, she signed nothing, was not on any notes or was associated with the auto at all. When told about this Matthew DeFrance said he didn't care that she had an account with Chase and he was going to get the money. The buck stops at the top Dimon and that's you.....
