If Bloomberg is not able to run again, I think another self made New Yorker like John Catsimatidis would make an ideal Candidate for mayor. The same qualities that make Bloomberg effective are possessed by Catsimatidis. Both have proven executive and management experience, they were not professional politicians before their interest in politics and both are not vulnerable to being corrupted by money. So I say, lets wait and see...maybe John deserves a shot at it.

With the Meadowlands Xanadu ski slope opening next year, the developers of the newly announced Riverhead Project will have several years to observe the acceptance of indoor skiing in the Metro Area. The old saying, build it and they will come, still has to be tested. NY is not Dubai. What do you think of the future of indoor skiing in our area? .
