Three reasons she WILL be indicted: (1) Signing off on the 2008 Q1 10-Q, which was misleading, violating Title IX, Section 906, Section 1350 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002; penalties: (a) "certifying" a false report; up to $1M fine, up to ten years in prison (b) "willfully certifying" a false report; up to $10M fine, up to twenty years in prison (2) raising $6B in capital in early June, selling shares at $28/share on false financial premises; some of the victims: Hank Greenberg of AIG, Blackrock, Wes Edens of Fortress Investment Group and the New Jersey Division of Investment (3) changing her story on a mark pertaining to a private equity investment, in which David Einhorn can corroborate There you go...a hippie Phish fan just "indicted" the daughter of a NYC cop. Erin realized she will be performing a "perp walk" in a Chanel dress and Milano Blahniks after she indicted by a grand jury. Man, why is this woman even relevant anymore??? She is an ABSOLUTE ZERO!!
