I worked at a company that when he owned it he took care of his people... the Union screwed themselves giving the authority to a board of directors. His son is repurchasing the company and there's nothing but hope for NE Ohio... I say you go Ira do great things and why not take care of your children if you hae the means to than do so. Good job Mr. Rennert you are truly an American.
