I often agree with Bosco. But we part ways on this one. I dig 30 Rock. The writing is phenomenal, and Fey is perfect in the role. Alec Baldwin was a perfect casting decision as well.

She's kind of funny but not that funny. Everybody makes her out to be some kind of comedic genius and she just isn't. They also talk about how hot she is.... please!! I mean, she's not ugly but she ain't all that. And I bet she's totally self-absorbed and a pain in the ass.
