This guy is a class act. He was the last private equity sponsor that did the right thing. The current crop of swine should bring him in for lessons on financial etiquette. When a Forstmann deal was wobbling, this guy would put more equity in. When deals wobble nowadays, the sponsor is nowhere to be found unless he is trying to coerce the debtholders to take a haircut.
