I think Ralph Lauren is a genius. Of course people can find and dwell on the negatives . This self-made billionaire is the best deisgner alive today in my opinion. I wear the clothing with pride. As a woman of color, I feel he is colorblind and not a racist. His clothing is timeless, and I have many polos that I consider vintage because I've had them for over 10 years and they still wear well. I would love to sit down to lunch with Ralph and hear his story. I shop in Denver at the Ralph Lauren store and I consider the people who work there my friends. They all know me and greet me warmly when I walk in the door. If this is what Ralph expects of his employees, they do it well and other companies should expect the same of there employees!
