The daughter of former Time editor-in-chief Henry Grunwald, well-known Democratic spin-doctor Grunwald is the founder of political consultancy Grunwald Communications. A longtime Clinton consigliore, she was a media adviser to Bill Clinton and the chief media adviser on Team Hillary 2008. Her husband is Matthew Cooper, a former Time reporter who now works at Condé Nast Portfolio.
