- Bill Brady, the co-chair of Credit Suisse's technology investment banking group, has sold his duplex penthouse at 744 Greenwich Street for $8.5 million. He paid $6.95 million for the apartment just last year, a mere three months before picking up a larger $15.5 million unit in Julian Schnabel's Village Palazzo Chupi. (Click through for more photos.) - Chris Orsaris, who runs Major Chevrolet in Long Island City—which is apparently one of the largest used-car dealerships in the country—has picked up a three-bedroom apartment at Trump World Tower for $5.3 million, or about a million under the original asking price of $6.299 million. [Cityfile]

- Donald Trump has listed a penthouse at Trump Park Avenue with a Russian broker in hopes of selling the pad to "a different type of buyer," namely, a newly-rich Russian who pays in cash. - Eugene McQuade, the former Freddie Mac exec who joined Merrill Lynch earlier this year, has paid $3.175 million for a two-bedroom condo on the 30th floor of the Museum Tower in midtown. His new neighbors will include Carl Icahn, Sirio Maccioni, Katherine Oliver, Glenn Lowry, and John Demsey. [CF]
