Cityfile: New York's Most Notable and Influential

• That was quick. Steve Schwarzman, the billionaire Blackstone Group co-founder who listed his former digs in East Hampton last month for $7.2 million, has already dropped the price. The home is now listed for $6.75 million. [Curbed, BHS]
• Gisele Bundchen isn't just trying to sell her Barrow Street townhouse. The supermodel and mom-to-be has also re-listed her triplex penthouse at 347 West 11th Street, which has been on and off the market for two years now. The 1,700-square-foot apartment, which hit the market for $10.9 million back in 2007, is now listed with PDE's Raphael De Niro for $4.5 million. [NYT, PDE]More

• Alexander Belopolsky, a financial whiz who has worked for Jim Simons and Israel Englander's hedge funds, has paid $5.026 million for a four-bedroom condo at the Visionaire in Battery Park. [NYO]
• Ed Stevenson, co-founder of the investment firm Renewable Capital, and his wife Lorin, have sold their one-bedroom condo at Trump World Tower for $5.65 million. [Cityfile]
• Goldman Sachs exec Valentino Carlotti, who moved to São Paulo last year to head up Goldman's Brazil-based operations, has sold his two-bedroom condo at 119 Fulton Street for $1.2 million. [Cityfile]

• Bill Brady, the co-chair of Credit Suisse's technology investment banking group, has sold his duplex penthouse at 744 Greenwich Street for $8.5 million. He paid $6.95 million for the apartment just last year, a mere three months before picking up a larger $15.5 million unit in Julian Schnabel's Village Palazzo Chupi. (Click through for more photos.) • Chris Orsaris, who runs Major Chevrolet in Long Island City—which is apparently one of the largest used-car dealerships in the country—has picked up a three-bedroom apartment at Trump World Tower for $5.3 million, or about a million under the original asking price of $6.299 million. • Donald Trump has listed a penthouse at Trump Park Avenue with a Russian broker in hopes of selling the pad to "a different type of buyer," namely, a newly-rich Russian who pays in cash. • Eugene McQuade, the former Freddie Mac exec who joined Merrill Lynch earlier this year, has paid $3.175 million for a two-bedroom condo on the 30th floor of the Museum Tower in midtown. His new neighbors will include Carl Icahn, Sirio Maccioni, Katherine Oliver, Glenn Lowry, and John Demsey. [CF]
