• Yesterday, Broadway actress Pia Glenn slammed Salman Rushdie, saying her ex-boyfriend was "dysfunctional" and was still obsessed with his ex-wife, Padma Lakshmi. Today, it's Rushdie's turn to hit back. Not has he "long ago turned the page and moved on" from Lakshmi, he says, he would also like you to know that Glenn is "a large, radioactive bucket of stress," "an accomplished liar," and also happens to be "broke and unemployed." So we're guessing a reconciliation is totally out of the question here? [P6]

Tricia Finds a New Enemy | Your favorite Internet nut job, Tricia Walsh-Smith, is back. And she's finally moved on from complaining about her ex-husband, theater exec Philip Smith. Her latest target: Google/YouTube, since she's convinced the company has been conspiring against her by burying her search results and tampering with her videos, particularly outrageous behavior considering she's the one who made YouTube so popular in the first place! Tricia Walsh-Smith Will Take Your Mind Off Your Troubles | Tricia Walsh-Smith's 15 minutes were up many moons ago. And yet we still can't help but watch the clips the spurned divorcée sends our way, which may be because if given the choice between another angry hearing about how a financial conglomerate managed to hoodwink taxpayers and video of a half-drunk, fortysomething British woman prancing around a pool in a bikini, we'll go for the latter any day. Remember Tricia Walsh-Smith, the former wife of theater mogul Philip Smith, and the woman who became an internet sensation when she took to YouTube to recount her messy divorce and her former husband's fondness for Viagra and porn movies? Tricia came to mind when we read the news last night that Philip Smith was named the new chairman of the Shubert Organization, "perhaps the single most powerful position in the theatrical world." The promotion suggests the tabloid frenzy earlier this year didn't put much of a dent in Smith's professional rep, something he was clearly concerned about when the couple appeared in court this summer. (The judge said Tricia's YouTube videos represented "a calculated and callous campaign to embarrass and humiliate her husband.") • The list of women who say they've slept with Alex Rodriguez is growing. A Boston stripper named Candace Houlihan claims she broke the curse for the Red Sox by distracting A-Rod before an important game in 2004, and "fitness model" Alicia Marie says she and Alex spent time in her apartment, although they were just "close friends." • Fueling speculation that her marriage to Guy Ritchie is all but over, Madonna has reportedly hired British divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton ("Steel Magnolia") to rep her. Madonna's publicist isn't commenting on the rumor but she isn't denying it either. [NYP]
  
• A "friend" of Raffaello Follieri wants Anne Hathaway to pick up her dog, Esmerelda, who was left with Raffaello's cancer-stricken mother after his arrest. [Page Six]
• A NetJets flight attendant is suing Jennifer Lopez for $5 million, two years after she alleges JLo's guard dog bit her on a flight from Long Island to California. [NYDN]

Finally, Tricia Walsh-Smith has someone new to be angry at besides her soon-to-be ex Philip Smith. She's now battling the woman who filmed her first YouTube video, Mary Allen. You see, Mary claims she directed the masterpiece, while Tricia claims she was just "a hire." And where else would these two women duke it out than on YouTube? Mary has posted a "director's cut" trailer—we can only hope the full length version is on its way—while Tricia has responded with a three-minute rant filmed inside a dingy hallway.
