Lobster-loving chef Rebecca Charles has lived just a few blocks away from her Cornelia Street restaurant, Pearl Oyster Bar, for years. But it looks like she'll soon be headed north: Charles closed on a Flatiron district apartment for $2.425 million, according to public records posted today.
