Julianne Moore Lists, Emeril Lagasse Trades Up

Julianne Moore's West Village townhouse is up for sale. Moore picked up the five-story, six-bedroom home on West 11th Street for $3.5 million in 2003. It can now be yours for $11.95 million. [NYO, Sotheby's, Curbed]
• Emeril Lagasse has closed on the purchase of developer Penny Bradley's 6,900-square-foot townhouse at 158 East 61st Street for "around" its most recent asking price of $11.5 million. Now that he's found a new place to store his pots and pans, the chef and Food Network fixture has put his condo at the Beekman Regent up for sale for $5.995 million. [NYP, BHS]
• Chris Burch, the entrepreneur and ex-husband of Tory Burch, has picked up a new Hamptons home. Burch paid "around $9 million" for the Southampton estate of disgraced Bear Stearns exec Ralph Cioffi. The property had been listed at $10.7 million when it went into contract last month. [NYP]More

Madonna Gets a Discount

142450• It turns out Madonna scored a rather sweet deal on the East 81st Street townhouse she went into contract to purchase in April. The Material Girl paid $32.5 million for the 13-bedroom manse, which is about 28 percent less than the $45 million asking price that the house was listed for back in October. [NYT, previously]
• After nearly a year on the market—and three price cuts—writer/director John Ridley has finally found a buyer for his condo at 15 Central Park West. The 2,237-square-foot apartment had been listed most recently for $8.5 million. [Cityfile, Corcoran] More

Fuld Gets an Offer, Mnuchin Lists in East Hampton

141457• It looks like former Lehman chief Dick Fuld and his wife Kathy might  unload their co-op at 640 Park Avenue, after all. The Fulds have reportedly received an offer "in the $27 million range" for the 6,200-square-foot spread—which they listed for $32 million last month before taking it off the market a week later—although they've yet to decide whether to accept the bid. • Robert J. Katz, Goldman Sachs's former general counsel, has paid $7.525 million for a three-bedroom, 16th-floor apartment at 860 Fifth Avenue. The seller was jewelry designer Jean Vitau and his wife Irene. [Cityfile]
• Alan Mnuchin—the former Bear and Lehman banker, founder of AGM Partners, son of Bob Mnuchin, and brother of IndyMac CEO Steve Mnuchin—has put the six-bedroom home he shares with wife Kimberly on East Hampton's Hither Lane up for sale for $17.5 million. [Newsday, Sotheby's]More
