Schnabel Sells Palazzo Chupi Triplex

146704Julian Schnabel has finally unloaded the triplex penthouse at his pink-hued Palazzo Chupi on West 11th Street. Originally listed for $32 million back in 2008, it sold for $10.5 million to Bill Brady, the head of Credit Suisse's technology banking practice. It's the second unit Brady has purchased in the building; he paid $15.5 million for another apartment three years ago. As for Brady's previous abode—a duplex at 744 Greenwich—he sold that place to Google co-founder Sergey Brin last September for $8 million. [NYO]
• Investor Keith Gollust has closed on the sale of his townhouse at 11 East 82nd Street. The 25-foot-wide building, which financier Ron Perelman once owned, had been on the market for $29.5 million when it went into contract last month. It sold to an unidentified buyer for $24.45 million. [Cityfile]

Marty Richards (Still) Wants Out at River House

146067• Theater and movie producer Marty Richards is still trying to unload his River House apartment. It's been 10 years now that the 14-room maisonette has been on and off the market—with prices ranging from $11.5 million (in 2003) to $29 million (in 2006)—but Richards is giving it another go. The Oscar-winning producer has given the listing to broker Kathy Sloane for a third time, and it's currently listed for $13.5 million. [NYO]
• Brian Brille, Bank of America's former head of investment banking who was named president of the bank's Asia-Pacific region three weeks ago, has put his 5,473-square-foot apartment at Trump Park Avenue on the market. The four-bedroom pad, which Brille and his wife Leslie picked up for $8.6 million back in 2007, is listed for $14.75 million with Corcoran's Carrie Chiang and Loy Carlos. [Cityfile, Corcoran]
• Russian real estate investor Janna Bullock sold her townhouse on East 67th Street in January for $24.925 million. Now she's looking to sell her 21-foot-wide manse at 14 East 82nd Street. The home is now on the market for $20 million with Sotheby's SVP Nikki Field. [Real Deal] More

15 CPW's $75 Million Listing

130985♦  Pharma mogul Richard Ullman is reportedly the man behind the new $75 million listing at 15 CPW. Ullman paid just $23.5 million for the 18th-floor duplex penthouse back when he bought it in March. [NYO]
♦  Jewelry exec Leonard Littman and his wife Barbara have sold their 44th-floor apartment at the Museum Tower on West 53rd Street for $5.5 million. The couple originally listed the two-bedroom condo for $6.45 million back in July. [Cityfile]
♦  UBS exec Ramesh Singh is having a hard time unloading the two Park Avenue apartments he has on the market. His co-op at 860 Park was first listed for $13.4 million; it's now down to $9.5 million. Meanwhile, his 15-room duplex at 823 Park, which was originally listed $24.75 million, is now $19.95 million, less than what he paid for it four months ago. [NYO, Corcoran, BHS]
