God Divorces Wife No. 3 | So Morgan Freeman. He got into a car accident a few days ago, as you may have heard. He's still recuperating from his injuries in the hospital. But he's also now divorcing his wife, too! A very efficient use of downtime and he'll get to be on painkillers during the legal negotiations. Clever! [NYDN]

• Mary-Kate Olsen's lawyer said she had nothing to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body. The feds don't seem to be entirely satisfied, though, because they've now planning to get a subpoena to force Mary-Kate to testify. [NYP]
• The legal drama over Nikki Blonsky's brawl in Turks & Caicos isn't over yet. Her father (who was involved in the fight as well) is still being held in jail, and there's a good chance the Hairspray star could be hit with a civil suit from Bianca Golden and her mother. [R&M]
  
• Morgan Freeman is recovering from his car crash in Tennessee over this weekend, when he suffered a broken arm and elbow. [People]

Both Bernie Mac and Morgan Freeman are in the hospital? At the same time? Now he'll never have a chance against John McCain. Oh, well. He was too skinny to be president anyway.
