• Cynthia Rodriguez's divorce lawyers now claim Madonna and A-Rod didn't have sex, but they did have "an affair of the heart," which caused A-Rod to emotionally abandon his wife. Because of this, Cynthia wants a judge to throw out her prenup and award her more than half of A-Rod's earnings. [People]

• Loews heir Jon Tisch is rumored to be paying $48 million for an apartment at 2 East 67th Street, the co-op that's also home to Leonard and Evelyn Lauder and Arthur Carter. • Naomi Campbell pleaded guilty today to all six counts in connection with her assault on a police officer at Heathrow back in April.
