Cityfile: New York's Most Notable and Influential

• Alexis Stewart is hoping the third time is the charm when it comes to unloading her apartment at 27 North Moore Street. The 3,884-square-foot duplex penthouse loft, which Stewart tried to sell for $12.4 million in both 2007 and 2008, was taken off the market most recently this past July. But now the apartment is back—and it's sporting a higher price tag, too. The loft is currently listed for $12.95 million with Prudential Douglas Elliman's Dolly Lenz. [Cityfile, PDE]
• Jude Law is renting a three-bedroom apartment at the Novare on West 4th Street. What he's paying for the rental isn't clear, but the 3,500-square-foot apartment is up for sale for $7.8 million if you're interested. [NYP, BHS]More

• An official listing has surfaced for pharmaceutical executive Richard Ullman's duplex penthouse at 15 CPW. The 18-19th floor apartment, which was rumored to be up for sale for as much as $90 million last year and $75 million last November, can now be yours for $55 million. [NYT, PDE]
• Jeff Urwin, the former co-head of investment banking at Bear Stearns, has taken $6.75 million off the price of his townhouse at 15 East 80th Street. The 21-foot-wide house is now listed for $26 million with Corcoran's Carrie Chiang. [NYO, Corcoran]
• Peter Rockefeller, a Rockefeller heir and managing director at Berkshire Capital, and his wife Allison have picked up a duplex apartment at 130 East 67th Street for $3.5 million. That's 56 percent less than what the 10-room co-op was first listed for in June 2008. [NYT]

• Michael Lemos, the son of a Greek shipping tycoon, isn't letting the dour real estate market get to his head. The London-based heir has raising the price of his full-floor apartment at 2 East 67th Street even though it's been sitting on the market for more than a year. The fifth-floor co-op, which went on the market for $34.9 million in May 2008 and was increased to $39.5 million last July, is now listed with Dolly Lenz for $45 million. [Cityfile, PDE]
• Och-Ziff chief financial officer Joel Frank and his wife Lynn paid $9.4 million for a third-floor condo at 15 CPW last October. But now they're buying an apartment downtown, too. The couple picked up 1,200-square-foot pad at 99 Jane Street for $1.5 million. [Curbed]
• David Schrader, a former senior managing director at Bear Stearns, has sold his 12th-floor apartment at 30 Fifth Avenue for $1.95 million. [Cityfile]

• Vogue creative director Grace Coddington has sold her West Village apartment nearly a year after picking up a loft in Chelsea. The buyer of the condo, which Coddington bought back in 1987: Josephine de la Baume, the model, actress and girlfriend of Mark Ronson, who paid $1.45 million for the 1,100-square-foot apartment. • Investor Derek Quinlan has lowered the price of his mansion at 20 East 64th Street. The 13,000-square-foot home, which Quinlan bought from investment banker Roberto de Guardiola and his wife Joanne for $26.25 million in 2006 and put on the market with Dolly Lenz and Monique Silberman for $37 million in April, is now priced at $32 million.  [NYP, PDE]
• Roxanne Quimby, co-founder of Burt's Bees, has picked up a pied-à-terre. The Maine-based entrepreneur paid $1.025 million for a one-bedroom condo in the Printing House building at 421 Hudson Street. [Cityfile]

• Rupert Murdoch's Centre Island estate is back on the market. The 11-bedroom Rosehearty mansion, which Murdoch and wife Wendi Deng pulled off the market last October, has been re-listed with Dolly Lenz for $12.8 million. The five-acre estate isn't sitting empty while the couple wait for a buyer, though: As Newsday first reported back in April—and as this week's New York confirms—Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are renting it for more than $100,000 a month. • Norman Reedus—the actor, model, and father of Helena Christensen's son Mingus—has paid $1.75 million for a two-bedroom loft in the Machinery Exchange building at 136 Baxter St. [Cityfile]
• Julia Roberts is renting two apartments at 1 Morton Square this summer while she's in NYC to film Eat, Pray, Love. She's reportedly paying a combined $50,000-a-month for the two pads, one of which is for her nanny and staff. [P6]More

The Indestructible Dolly Lenz | Dolly Lenz set records in 2006 when she sold an astounding $748 million worth of real estate. (Or so she claims, at least.) Max Abelson files a report in this week's Observer about Dolly's much rockier 2008-09 and the decision to drop the Blackberry-obsessed broker from three very high-profile new projects in recent months. But Dolly's recent stumbles won't prevent her from stepping up to the podium at the Pierre tomorrow night when Prudential Douglas Elliman's hands out its "Broker of the Year" award: "Just as it's been since Dottie Herman and Howard Lorber bought the company in 2003, and as it will be until the day onyx bathrooms and heated-floor kitchens all cease to exist, the award will go to Dolly Lenz." New York's most successful real estate broker, Dolly Lenz, has never been known for her modesty. And don't think for a minute that the falling real estate market has put a damper on her taste for exaggeration. In the current issue of ForbesLife, Lenz keeps up the tradition of hyperbole as she rattles off all sorts of impressive facts about her day-to-day routine. Back in 2007, for example, she said she owned three Blackberrys to keep in touch with her clients at all times. By February 2008, her collection had grown to four. Now? The one-time Blackberry spokesmodel now says she keeps 12 of them with her.More

• Renée Zellweger has paid $2.8 million for a second-floor apartment at 24 East 82nd Street, making it the third unit she's bought in the building since 2007. The seller was Ruth Tyrangiel, one of Bob Dylan's former lovers. [NYO]
• Dennis Mehiel, the CEO of a corrugated cardboard manufacturing company and Carl McCall's running-mate during his 2002 bid for Governor, has put his 10,350-square-foot duplex at the Carhart Mansion on the market. • A mystery buyer listed has paid $30 million for the 7,500-square-foot penthouse at 823 Park Avenue. [Real Deal]
• Fire sale? The former head of mortgage-backed securities at Deutsche Bank, Anilesh Ahuj, has sold his five-bedroom apartment at 120 East End Avenue for $9.3 million. [NYO]

The top real estate broker in the solar system, Prudential Douglas Elliman's Dolly Lenz, may be leaving her job—and not of her own accord, either! That's the scuttlebutt Rush & Molloy relay this morning, saying that Lenz and Elliman's co-owner, her onetime BFF Howard Lorber, are now on the outs: they conspicuously avoided each other at Elliman's intra-company awards ceremony two weeks ago and they don't even share grotesquely overpriced dinners at Cipriani anymore. Harsh! The News gossips called the hyperbole-prone Lenz for comment and she denied everything, of course, and also took the opportunity to clarify that she owns"in excess of nine" Blackberrys, not a measly five. We await the inevitable "Hello, Dolly" headlines when she and her ever-expanding sack of Blackberrys resurface at Corcoran. 

• Lily Donaldson, the 21-year-old Vogue cover girl, plunked down $2.2 million on an apartment on Avenue B. Perhaps not coincidentally, she now has about six bars in a three-block radius. [Observer]
• View hostess Joy Behar paid $2.555 million for an apartment in the building she already occupies on 89th and Broadway. [Observer]
• Boyish model Agyness Deyn picked up a loft in Williamsburg. Or so says noted real estate expert Perez Hilton. [Perez Hilton]
• Michael Bloomberg transferred his Upper East Side home to a private trust in his name. Why? "Estate planning purposes," naturally. He also owns two $40 million townhouses on East 78th Street and a $41 million building on Madison Ave. that will serve as the HQ for his foundation. [Real Deal]
• Fashion tycoon Domenico Dolce is buying a 3,800-square-foot duplex apartment at the Annabelle Selldorf-designed 200 11th Ave. for $17.5 million. Now he can travel up to his apartment with his car in tow! Dolly Lenz brokered the deal. [NY Post]
