Madonna's New Manse in Manhattan: $40 Million

• It looks like Madonna's search for the perfect home in Manhattan is over. She's reportedly gone into contract on a 13-bedroom, four-floor, Georgian-style townhouse at 152 East 81st Street for $40 million. The manse features a 3,000-square-foot garden, wine cellar, nine fireplaces, elevator, 14 bathrooms, and two-car garage, which should come in handy when it comes to avoiding the pack of photographers gathered outside her front door. • Edwin Cohen, the founder of Carlin Ventures, has lowered the price of his three-bedroom apartment at 101 CPW for the third time since first listing it for $15 million last February. It's now priced at $10.75 million. [Cityfile, BHS]

Brady Gives Up on Time Warner Condo
