• Democratic fundraisers Carl Spielvogel and Barbaralee Diamonstein-Spielvogel sold their seventh-floor apartment at 720 Park to ex-Merrill Lynch banker Peter Kraus in December for $36.63 million. But it looks like they won't be moving far. The Spielvogels have now paid $8.98 million for a second-floor apartment in the same building.
