More Lawsuits At the Plaza | It looks like Russian financier Andrei Vavilov isn't the only person unhappy with his Plaza apartment. The unnamed buyer of PH2001 is now suing, too, claiming he was the victim of fraud and deceptive trade practices. He's asking for his $6.5 million deposit back and at least $350,000 in legal fees.
